Roof Estimate Form

If you want an item included on your Xactimate roof estimate, you must list them on the form.

If you want to use a value not on the EagleView (for instance, a partial roof replacement) you must indicate that as well. 

 If you want an item included on your Xactimate siding estimate, you must list them on the form.

If you want to use a value not on the EagleView (for instance, a partial siding replacement) you must indicate that as well. 

Please send one room page for every affected room.

 For the most accurate interior estimate, provide a detailed floor plan drawing with measurements for each affected room. The floor plan should show room connections and include square footage numbers, as Xactimate relies heavily on precise measurements.

 Ensure measurements are precise to the inch, as approximations are not acceptable. Should you be unable to produce a floor plan, professional Lidar room sketches are available for an additional fee, which varies based on the structure's location and size.

Square footage numbers are required for almost everything in Xactimate. Accurate measurements from the start ensure precision in the project. Keep in mind, you are working by the square foot, not by the hour. Measure to the inch; approximations are not acceptable. If you are unable to draw a floor plan, professional Lidar room sketches are available for an additional cost, which varies based on the location and size of the structure.  

EXTERIOR

If your damages do not include flooding, framing, or windows, please proceed with the Roofs and Siding forms for a lower priced alternative for smaller claims.

Structural damage including any framing or windows (not wraps) will disqualify the estimate for the flat rates usually charged for roof and siding estimates.

INTERIOR 

If the hurricane only caused interior damage you can proceed with the Water Damage Form.

If flood damage was caused by a hurricane, we may need to write 3 separate estimates. A fee of 1% will apply. 

• A mitigation estimate for the flood insurance company (without Overhead and Profit) considered single trade. You can do this first and return for the restoration later.
• A restoration estimate for the flood insurance company (with Overhead and Profit)
• A restoration estimate for the primary insurance company for all wind damage (with Overhead and Profit) (unless single trade)

 
Our fee for a full hurricane estimate is 1% of the total of the estimate or estimates*

We have a minimum charge of $100 but if the claim being submitted is expected to exceed $40,000, then a deposit of $400 is required.  Estimates less than $10,000 will cost $100 and payment will start the clock on that estimate.  

Turnaround time depends on particular circumstances.
